Whole30 Day 26: Such tired. Much exhaustion.

Yeah, I have a terrible time planning out these entries apparently. I should have written this hours ago when I had the time and not waited until right before I went to bed.

But, in my defense, I spent the evening catching up with a good friend whom I haven’t seen in forever. What better way is there to spend one’s time? šŸ™‚

The Menu
Breakfast: B’fast hash
Lunch: Leftover stuffed portobello shroom
Dinner: Crispy chicken thighs (aka, “Cracklin’ Chicken“), stir-fry, and guacamole
Also, lots of fruit
